The board of directors of Ecovillage Guelph recently went on a short tour of Whole Village, an intentional community about 45 minutes outside of Guelph. Of the 5 members of Ecovilage Guelph 3 were former members of this community and could provide a detailed orientation of the ecological aspects of the 191-acre mixed farm as well as the social and organizational aspects of the community - decision-making, domestic responsibilities, costs, etc. It was a lot of fun to visit place we called home for over 5 years.
